I’m a curious tinkerer at heart. Whether I'm wading through the ambiguity of consulting work or digging through documentation with Gemini to build custom Framer components, I genuinely enjoy the puzzle of creative problem-solving. It might be After Effects expressions, niche formulas in Notion, or even (and perhaps especially) redstone contraptions with the kiddos. If I’m learning and building, I’m happy.

I play the long game by designing for the process. The final creative output has never been quite as exciting to me as the work that it took to get there. Those creative workflows are something I'm always trying to improve for myself and others. I'm wired to systematize and share successful techniques. I establish best practices, project templates, folder structures and more—all with the goals of pushing the work and scaling creative capabilities.

I like to stay close to the work and I think in systems. I thrive at the intersection of upfront strategy and hands-on execution. From writing scripts and shooting interviews to punching up high-stakes slides and designing content for client workshops, I'm here for all of it. For me, success isn't just a finished video; it's the continuous development of repeatable, efficient frameworks that empower a team to do their best work.

I believe the best results are collaborative by design. In the "agentic" era of work, I see modern generative tools as a way to amplify human stories, not replace the craft. My hope is that the offloading of menial parts of creative workflows will make room for teams to collaborate more and push their collective craft together. For my own role, I enjoy supporting projects with different skills at multiple points—it’s just more fun that way.
