Note: I had to nerf the client-specific content but this is an example of the type of presales video projects I would produce for Salesforce Ignite and its partners.
This was a fast one, the original project being completed in about 2 weeks (1 week script and preproduction, 1 week production) so the shorter timeline meant I had to be nimble and resourceful. I still wanted to make it special though, so I fired up the voiceover booth, grabbed some stock animation assets, and got to work.
The client, Acme Co, is theoretically a mid-sized management consulting firm offering a variety of products and service plans to their customers. They are looking for ways to streamline their products and services and get back to market faster with new developments.
During preproduction I was informed that this client had shown resistance to other off-the-shelf media they had been shown and might respond well to something a little off-speed. Since this particular engagement was heavily focused on surfacing more insights with faster speed to value, we decided to try framing it up with an insight as one of the main characters. It was a little silly but the client liked it and appreciated the approach.
